Your order number
A photo of the items you did receive
A quick note letting us know what item was missing
Once we review the issue, our team will determine the best resolution. If the item is available, we may be able to offer a replacement. If it’s sold out or a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll follow up with the next best solution, which may include a refund or store credit. 🫶
