What if I need to cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t started processing at our warehouse yet. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel it.
To request a cancellation:
Head to our chat box and select “Track and Manage My Orders”, then click “I’d like to edit my order”, or
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the request to cancel
If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
