What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 3 months ago

If you received the wrong item, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item you received

• The name of the missing item(s)

Also, double-check your packaging or packing slip to see if there’s a note that part of your order was shipped separately — sometimes items arrive in multiple shipments!

While we can’t always guarantee we’ll be able to resend the exact item due to stock limitations, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it and make it right. 💖
