If your return is approved under the conditions previously stated, here's how to send your item back to us:
Issuing a Return Label
Return Label Provided: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. This label will be sent to you via email, ensuring that you do not incur any shipping costs for the return.
How to Return Your Item
Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging or a similarly secure package to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that all original tags are still attached and the item remains in its original condition, as worn or damaged goods (unless previously reported as damaged upon receipt) will not be accepted.
Attach the Return Label: Print the return label we provide and securely attach it to the outside of your return package. Make sure that any old labels or barcodes are covered or removed.
Drop Off: Take the package to the designated carrier’s location specified in the return instructions. This information will be included with the return label details.
Next Steps After Your Return Is Shipped
Tracking: You can track the return package using the tracking number provided on the return label, allowing you to know when it has arrived back at our warehouse.
Processing Your Return: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then process your refund or exchange as per your request and notify you via email once this is completed.
