Production and Shipping Timeline: Pre-orders can take up to 8-10 weeks to ship from our warehouse (not including shipping transit times). Once the pre-order window on our site closes, we tally all orders and place a bulk production order with our factory. This process is to ensure that we manufacture precisely what you want, reducing waste and ensuring quality. Manufacturing and shipping from our factory can take several weeks.

From Our Warehouse to Your Doorstep: Once we receive the inventory at our warehouse, we promptly create shipping labels for each order—this is when you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Your order then begins its journey to you.
