Step 1: Place a New Order

Go ahead and place a new order for the correct item(s) you want — this ensures you don’t miss out if it sells out while your request is being processed.

Step 2: Request to Cancel Your Original Order

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your original order number

• A note requesting to cancel the original order

Our Body Team will do their best to cancel the first order as long as it hasn’t started processing yet.
