This means your order is currently on hold because our system flagged it as potential high-risk or fraudulent based on multiple payment attempts or discrepancies in billing and shipping info.
To protect our customers and our business, we may request additional information to verify the order before it can be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any high-risk orders that cannot be verified.
If you received this email, you’ll need to respond with one or more of the following documents:
A scanned copy or clear photo of a government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) that matches the name on the card used.
A scanned copy or clear photo of the front of the credit card used (only the last four digits should be visible; please cover the rest for your security).
A recent utility bill or bank statement that matches the billing address used at checkout.
