You can edit your shipping address only if your order hasn’t started processing at our warehouse yet. To request a change:

✨ Option 1: Through Our Chat Box

1. Go to our website

2. Click the “Chat with Us” icon in the lower right corner

3. Select “Track and Manage My Orders”

4. Log in with your email and click “I’d like to edit my order”

5. Submit a request with your NEW full shipping address + a brief explanation of the change.

💌 Option 2: Email Us

Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number

• The new full shipping address

• A brief explanation of the change

We'll do our best to accommodate the request as long as the order hasn't been packed. Once it ships, we unfortunately can’t make any changes.
