If you’d like to make a size, color, or style change, the best way to do that is to place a NEW ORDER with the correct item(s) and then request to CANCEL your original order.

To cancel the first order, email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number

• A clear request to cancel the original order

Our team will take care of it as long as your first order hasn’t started processing yet. 💖

We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid delays or your original order being processed before cancellation is confirmed.
