If Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, it is under the care of the shipping carrier. The tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email is the best resource for updates and the status of your delivery. If your order appears to be stalled or if there is an unexpected delay:

  • Contact the Shipping Carrier: You can contact the shipping carrier directly. They will have the most current information regarding your package and any potential issues affecting delivery. The necessary contact details are provided in your shipping confirmation email.


If Your Order is Stuck on "Label Created"

If the tracking status is stuck on "A label has been created and not yet in our system," this generally means that the package has not yet been picked up by the shipping carrier from our warehouse. Occasionally, there might be a delay in the carrier’s system updating or in the pickup process due to various reasons. Here’s what to do:

  • Wait for Updates: If there has been no update or movement within 7 days since the label was created, please reach out to us.

  • Email Us: Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will investigate the delay and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
