Common Order Statuses:

  • Pending: Your order has been successfully placed but has not yet started the processing phase. This status typically appears immediately after you make the purchase.

  • Processing: We are preparing your order for shipment. This status indicates that your items are being picked, packed, or are undergoing final quality checks.

  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be provided, and you can use this number to monitor its journey via the shipping carrier's website.

  • Out for Delivery: The shipping carrier has scheduled your order for delivery soon. You should expect to receive it within the day.

  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address specified in your order details. Please check your delivery location for the package.

  • On Hold: There may be an issue with your order, such as a payment verification needed or a stock discrepancy. Customer service may contact you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Additional Information:

  • Backordered: One or more items in your order are not currently in stock. We will ship these items as soon as they become available.
